Cancellation Policy

Boat Charter Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Big Blue Charters. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking & Deposit A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation from us. 2. Payment Terms The remaining 50% balance is due day of charter. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a 3.5% processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the charter date will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the charter will be charged the full charter amount. 4. Rescheduling Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and with a minimum of 7 days notice. Rescheduling requests within 7 days of the charter date may incur a fee. 5. Weather Policy In the event of unsafe weather conditions as determined by the captain, charters may be rescheduled or fully refunded. 6. Other Terms The charter will depart promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time. All passengers must comply with safety rules and instructions provided by the crew.
