Captain Jessie Frascotti is a seasoned maritime professional and a U.S. Coast Guard certified 100 ton Master Captain. With over a decade of experience running charters throughout the Cape & Islands, Florida, and the Virgin Islands. Captain Jessie has a deep love for the sea and a passion for sharing the ocean with others.
