Boat Charter Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Big Blue Charters. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policy below:

1. Booking & Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation from us.

2. Payment Terms

• The remaining 50% balance is due day of charter. 

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a 3.5% processing fee.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the charter date will forfeit the deposit.

• No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the charter will be charged the full charter amount.

4. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and with a minimum of 7 days notice.

• Rescheduling requests within 7 days of the charter date may incur a fee.

5. Weather Policy

• In the event of unsafe weather conditions as determined by the captain, charters may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

6. Other Terms

• The charter will depart promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time.

• All passengers must comply with safety rules and instructions provided by the crew.
